The Simpson Strong-Tie SDS-Plus Shank MDPL01804-R25 Drill Bit 3/16” x 4-1/4” with 2-cutter head offers contractor-grade quality for use in commercial construction. The SDS-plus shank has many enhanced features including its chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel alloy body to improve the ease of use, hammering quality and overall efficiency. Installers appreciate the centering tip for easy spot drilling, along with the uniformly brazed carbide inserts resulting in extended bit life.

This bit is manufactured for efficiency with a chisel-shaped head that easily penetrates material while preventing sticking in concrete and removing dust upon use.
