Fasco's SCPC1048FSHFCP, 3" x .148, hex head RoofLoc Scrails are designed for metal roofing, and compatible with the Fasco F58AC ROOFLOC-75. These fine-thread, plastic-strip fasteners can be adjusted and removed after placement. Made with an aggressive thread, Scrail fasteners offer more holding power than a screw and drive eight times faster than bulk screws.
These corrosion-resistant, SCPC1048FSHFCP Scrails feature a FasCoat finish, capable of withstanding more than 2,000 hours in a salt spray test according to ASTM B117. They also meet the requirements of ASTM F1667. Fasco RoofLoc Scrails have leak-proof EPDM washers that resist extreme temperatures (-40°F to +250° Fahrenheit). The lack of metal residue allows for a superior washer seal and eliminates scratches.
