What is the difference between Bostitch 438S2-1 16 Ga. Wide Crown Stapler, and 450S2-1 16 Ga. Wide Crown Stapler?
Question by: Brad on Apr 7, 2020
The biggest difference at face value is the range of staple length each tool will fire. The 438S2-1 runs up to 1-1/2", while the 450S2-1 can go up to 2" length. Mechanically, the 450S2-1 has more power to shoot the longer staple. Where the 438S2-1 is built for faster driving speed, the 450S2-1 is built for added driving power.
