- Does not work in cold weatherGun works great if the temperature is above 50 degrees. But in Northern Idaho it has failed me every time after shooting the first couple of nails after removing it from warm vehicle. I've had it to the repair shop and they can't find anything wrong with it. I own several Bostitch staplers and they work fine. Bought a Ridgid nailer from Home Depot to finish the job, probable one of the best things I've bought. Has less recoil and the cold temperatures have not effected it.
