I just purchased the SCN65XP and as soon as I connected the air, it bled out of the top?

It's most likely either your sleeve seal or firing valve that's not working properly. Without seeing the tool in person, it's very hard to diagnose the exact source of your issue. Please call our customer service department for more information, at the following phone number: 1.888.720.7892.

The nose of the nailer must be depressed for the gun to fire. This is a safety feature to prevent accidental misfires. Once the nose is depressed, the tool will fire. We would not recommend this tool for siding. Check out our siding nailers, which would be better suited for that particular application type: https://www.nailgundepot.com/nailers/siding-fencing-nailers
