Stabila 78296 Type 196 Complete 6-Level Set & Case

German engineered and produced, the Type 196 Set (78296) includes 16", 24", 32", 48", and 78" Type 196 Spirit Levels and a nylon carrying case. Stabila levels use best-in-class vials with a lifelong guarantee to boot. The vials are made with block acrylic glass, and are firmly epoxy-locked to the frame. Bright and crystal-clear, vials will never fog, leak, break, or need to be re-calibrated. They're readable from any position, and are tested at the tightest tolerances, certified to .029 degrees.

A rectangular, rigid metal frame on the heavy-duty Type 196 levels houses the vials, supported with reinforcing ribs and a lightweight body for ease-of-use. Clean-up is quick and easy thanks to an electrostatic enamel finish. The rectangular levels in this set 16” (37416), 24” (37424), 32” (37432), 48” (37448), and 78” (37487) have two milled surfaces for versatility, and include comfortable rubber hand holds. Type 196 levels also feature non-slip rubber end-caps that provide shock absorption, and leave no wall marks. Ends are removable too, so you can scribe in corners, and get readings in cramped header and sill openings. Hang holes are also featured for on-site storage.

A 25100 type 81S torpedo level, also included in this bundle, is die-cast and extremely durable for use in tight spaces. The torpedo also features two vials for horizontal and vertical measurements. Last, but not least, a padded 0025 nylon carrying case, featuring Velcro flaps on the exterior, a lined interior, padded handles and shoulder straps, and heavy-duty zipper, comes included with this level set.
