The Kett KD-1493 fiber cement shear is designed to cut through 1/2" thick cement board. This KD series hardie shear is lightweight, easy to maneuver and provides no airborne dust for minimal clean up. The KD-1493 includes a 5.0 amp pistol grip (variable-speed control) 2500 RPM motor. Also includes reliable, long-lasting A-2 tool steel shear blades. These replacement blades can far outlast any other cutting method. *Replacement item for the KD-493.
