The Grex 71ADLNS long nose air-powered upholstery stapler drives 3/16" to 5/8" 22 gauge 3/8" crown staples. One-year warranty. This compact and lightweight stapler features an extended nose for access to tight corners and other hard to reach areas. The 71ADLNS stapler also features a comfortable hand grip for increased comfort and durable driver assembly. This Grex upholstery stapler is excellent for case good manufacturing, upholstery, carpets, drapery, boat and auto interior, silk screen assembly and light wood assembly. - Low Quality Parts, lots of binding in various partsWe've been using 3 of these staplers for about 6 months now and we've had to replace some parts. Those parts are very hard to find and Grex will not be restocking them any time soon so expect to throw this away once a part breaks.
That being said, our first major break was the piston ram. The back part is made of Nylon plastic while many other brands (even some cheap ones) use metal to drive the piston rod forward into the staple. We had a catastrophic failure on ours and it almost shot the whole flat rod (bar) out of the end of the stapler.
Another major thing is the staple magazine has a spring loaded slider to keep staples fed. That slide keeps binding up on all our magazines despite oiling them as normal. This causes the whole stack of staples to fall out of the bottom.
You get what you pay for and in this case, you get less than you pay for.
