Comes complete with non-marring rubber mallet. The 418A is an extremely versatile tool. It can handle 3/8" to 5/8" solid hardwood, 15mm bamboo and 1/2" to 3/4" engineered flooring. Thinner 18 gauge flooring nails reduce the risk of splitting or dimpling exotic hardwoods. To prevent surface damage, this flooring nailer does not make contact with the top edge of flooring. A cam operated height adjustment system allows for quick and precise nail placement. No need for extra shims or pads.
