The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD Stainless Steel THD75812H4SS 3/4” x 8-1/2” is the concrete and masonry anchor designed specifically for corrosive environments. Wet and damp conditions don’t faze the THD75812H4SS—the 304 type stainless steel is designed for corrosive environments. Contractors can have absolute peace of mind with their choice.

Not only is the Titen HD stainless steel corrosion resistant in multiple environments, but its serrated carbon steel lead threads undercut the concrete, giving it additional holding power. Use a 3/4” drill bit to create a 7/8” to 15/16” fixture hole size for installation. Install this screw anchor with an impact wrench or hand tool. The package contains 5 mechanical anchors.
