This mechanical anchor is reliable in both static and seismic conditions, making it the professional's choice.
Install the carbon steel, zinc plated screw with a standard drill 1/2” drill bit. Use the Titen HD THD501200H 1/2” x 12” primarily indoors in dry, non-corrosive environments. It can be used outdoors temporarily. A 3/4” wrench is all that’s needed to remove the Hex-washer screw anchor. Buy the amazing THD501200H fastener in quantities of 5.
