The Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD THD37500H 3/8” x 5” Hex head is the professional’s choice for heavy-duty concrete and masonry applications. It’s removable and can be used in both cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry. The THD37500H is strong enough to withstand seismic conditions, and it’s been tested at 50% less torque than its competitors.
The zinc plated, carbon steel Titen HD is designed mainly for indoor use, but has also been tested for temporary outdoor environments. Titen HD THD37500H 3/8” x 5” maintains ductility with its heat-treated, hardened tip. Installation is easy with a standard 3/8” ANSI drill bit. If needed, remove the one-time use fastener with a 9/16” wrench. The Titen HD Heavy Duty Screw Anchor comes come a box of 50. CODE listed under IBC/IRC in accordance with ICC-ES AC193, ACI 355.2 for cracked and uncracked concrete, and ICC-ES AC106 for masonry. Order today!
