Featuring a T25 6-Lobe drive and a rimmed flat head with nibs, the 2-1/2" WSV212S screw from Simpson Strong-Tie is intended for subfloor and sheathing applications. WSV subfloor screws of this size are compatible with the PRO250 Subfloor and PRO300S Wood Decking systems.
Considered the "No-Glue" solution, WSV and WSNTL screws were designed to eliminate flooring squeaks, thereby reducing calls backs. These code-listed, auto-feed screws exceed the lateral sheer, withdrawal, and pull-through values of typical 10d nails. They're also suitable for EWP-Ply fastening for multi-ply trusses.
